No. We only provide staging services with our inventory in homes that are completely vacant. We do offer consultation services to help you prepare your listing with your own items.
No. We carefully curate each staging with specific pieces in mind to showcase the style of each home, and create a cohesive vibe. So we prefer to use only our inventory in our staging designs. Mixing homeowner's belongings can often look awkward and disjointed.
The duration of the staging process depends on the size and scope of the property. We are very curated in our staging designs! A typical staging project can take anywhere from 1-2 days to complete.
We recommend reaching out the SECOND you know you're taking a new listing! We are typically booked 3 weeks out so last minute stages are rarely an option.
We get it, you want to recreate the look! But unfortunately, we do not sell our pieces. We carefully source our inventory and many pieces are not replaceable. We are happy to share links of where we bought an item, if possible!
